Upcoming maintenance work will be carried out on the Voicepoint Cloud infrastructure to update the speech models. This update improves the continuous enhancement of our platform.

Impact:
During this time, we expect no service disruptions. Xenon® Fusion processing may temporarily fail. These can be resubmitted to the speech recognition system after the maintenance window.
