Between 10:50 and 14:00, there was an impairment in the transmission of individual dictations via the Winscribe Mobile App.
In the affected cases, the dictations were shown as “sent” in the mobile app. However, no corresponding audio was received on the server, meaning that the dictations were not fully available there.
The affected users will be contacted individually by us so that the corresponding dictations can be uploaded again.
The cause was a configuration change that unintentionally affected the transmission of individual dictations. The change has been reverted and transmission is working properly again.
