Information

In rare individual cases, the upload of recordings may currently not complete successfully. In most situations, this is caused by an unstable or insufficient internet connection during the upload.

Possible signs after sending may include:

  • a sent recording is not available or not visible afterwards
  • a recording appears with “0 seconds” and cannot be opened

To help ensure successful transmission, we recommend for the time being:

  • sending recordings only with a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection
  • leaving or switching the app only after the upload has fully completed

With release 2026.1, upload and error handling will be further improved. Recordings will also be temporarily stored locally in case of interrupted transmissions and automatically resent. This ensures that recordings are not lost.
